New Frequency 7435kHz for evening VOA Bengali at 1600 hrs

Due to cochannel interference VOA is changing it's Bengali evening frequency from 7180 kHz to the new 7435 kHz at 1600-1700 hrs effective 1st November 2008 in parallel to 11500 kHz.
